Overhead Reach Drills

In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a bilateral overhead reach followed up by a progression to a single leg overhead reach with toe touch for increased stability.  As you will see in the videos, the individual is letting his hips translate forward so to work on lengthening and loading through the anterior chain.
