Kettlebell Swing to Lunge Hold

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a variety of single arm kettlebell swings to lunge (posterior and lateral variations) with kettlebell hold.  The idea of this exercise was to swing the bell and then have the individual lunge and have to slow down and control the kettlebell in a hold position.  This is nice little way to vary up the traditional lunge and or single arm swing by combining the two movements.
