Kettlebell Squat Press

The single arm kettlebell squat press is one of my favourite exercises because it trains the whole body (lower body, core/trunk and upper body).  One is also required to balance and control an asymmetrical load.  In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating this.
