In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a wall supported spine rotation exercise. This exercise is similar to the open book exercise that one would perform on the ground. To perform the exercise, get yourself into a tall kneeling position (front leg against the wall) and hands in front against the wall. Slowly rotate the outer arm away from the wall whilst maintaining the other hand against the wall. The focus should be on rotating through the spine.
