Wall Based Spine and Shoulder Mobiliser

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a closed chain wall spine and shoulder mobiliser.  This exercise involves one placing their hands on the wall flat and then using their hips to mobilise the spine (thoracic spine) into extension and also the shoulder girdles into flexion.  This exercise mobility drill was prescribed to help my client achieve a better overhead upper limb position so that they can perform vertical pressing movements (kettlebell press, military press) overhead.
