Walk With Leg Raise and Opposite Shoulder Overhead Press

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a walk with leg raise (to 90 degrees) and opposite shoulder overhead press (push towards the roof as high as possible) with hip lock and hold.  This exercise was prescribed to help develop a combination of single leg balance whilst adding in movement between each rep.  Pushing a load overhead helps to create some torso stiffness and mild shoulder work.
