Warm up
1. Bench supported reverse fly + row
Sets: 3 Reps: 15 Load: light

1. DB incline bench press
2. Chest supported DB row
3. Viking press
4. Chin up
5. DA cable row + squat
6. Push up
7. Narrow grip lat pull-down


  • Sets: 3 Reps: 10-15
  • Load: moderate
  • Duration: 40 min
