Upper body push session

If you are looking for a simple and effective upper body push session, then check out the recent push session completed by Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy.

If you are looking for a time efficient session with some volume, then pick 4 exercises, complete 2-4 sets of each exercise and aim for a shorter break period if you are moving lighter loads.  For heavier loads, aim for longer breaks.
