With covid19 restricting most of us to working out at home, I have decided to put together a series of short videos (posted from my Instagram account) for those who might have some bands and other equipment available. Couple of key considerations, make sure you do twice as many pull to push exercises in your program, make sure you vary your pull patterns up (that is grip, pull path and angle).
