TRX Face Pull Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a TRX Face Pull Exercise.  This is a great exercise for those wishing to build strength through the upper back and shoulders and is a variation on the traditional cable face pull.  One must pull their body weight up against gravity using the TRX.  You can make this exercise easier by changing ones angle to the ground (more upright = easier, body lower to the ground = more challenging).
