Squat Mobility Drills

For those that are looking to improve mobility through their hips, knees and ankles/feet, then look no further than some of the drills demonstrated below by osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy.  Many of these ideas have been borrowed from the likes of Kelly Starrett, Ido Portal and a range of other health and fitness movement professionals.   For those with specific complaints relating to to the lower back, hips, knees and foot/ankle, please consult with your health professional (osteoapth, chiropractor, physiotherapist, exercise physiologist) before trying these out.
