Single Leg Hip Stability Drill

In the video above you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a single leg focused hip stability drill.  The client is holding a load overhead to encourage trunk stability whilst elevating their foot off the high platform to challenge the ground based hip.  The goal is to build reps/sets of this to longer duration holds and then looking to add a dynamic shoulder press movement to further challenge the body in a relatively stable position where ones centre of gravity sits over their base of support.
