Single Leg Deadlift

Recently we attended the Strongfirst Workshop at The Strong Room in Melbourne and the Single Leg Deadlift was one of the accessory training exercises that was covered.  It is a great exercise to incorporate into your program as it requires mobility, stability and motor control.

For those already performing deadlift patterns into their training program, the single leg deadlift is a great adjunct to address unilateral lower limb training.
