Ring Chin Ups to Leg Raise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a ring chin up followed by a leg raise.  This exercise combines two movements (chin ups and leg raises) to train both the back and core.  The ring chin up is a variation on the standard bar chin up as it requires greater stabilisation and control of the rings as one pulls themselves up.  Performing a ring leg raise also requires one to stabilise themselves through the trunk whilst hanging from the rings.
