Push Up Variations With Kettlebells

Who said push ups had to be boring?  Recently I was scrolling through my instagram and came across some novel ideas for push ups using kettlebells.  The videos below are just a couple of examples of how you can use a kettlebell to reduce the surface area for points of contact which therefore demands greater stability and control from the individual when performing a push up.

Next time you are thinking of adding some push ups into your training program, give these a go if you have some kettlebells lying around.
