In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a range of exercises where we have focused on trunk bracing and integrating this into ground based and a body weight squat with the goal of maintaining trunk stability (limited movement of the spine between torso and hip through movement). This has been prescribed because the assessment identified that movement of the spine in certain positions and activities triggers their pain. We are trying to modify this to see if we can minimise aggravation of their complaint.
