Plank reactive reach drill

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a plank reactive drill. This exercise involves the client holding a plank and then having to respond to verbal cues and reaching either anterior or lateral with their right or left hand.  This requires them to work on maintaining stability with 3 points of contact instead of 4 and also challenges them further by having them to process and respond to a verbal cue.
