P4O Client Program | With A Focus On Shoulder, Trunk and Lower Body

In the videos below you will see a program that was recently prescribed for one of Principle Four Osteopathy client.  This particular client has a job that is quite manual intensive, they play golf regularly, but also have to deal with a combination of shoulder, back and lower body aches and pains.  The program has been developed to start on building some upper body strength, integrating trunk strengthening exercises as well as progressing their lower body training program.  Below are just a few snapshots of some of the exercises that they will undertake.

Trains – We are a short 5 minute walk from Flinders St Station, Parliament and Melbourne Central train station.
