Lower body exercise session
If you are looking for a new lower body exercise workout to put into your weekly training session, then try out the session that Principle Four Osteopathy osteopath Heath Williams completed.
This program consists of 5 exercises. These include:
- Double arm dumbbell mid hold with squat
- Kettlebell deadlift
- Single arm dumbbell low hold with reverse lunge
- Single arm dumbbell low hold with single leg hinge
- Double arm dumbbell mid hold with lateral weight shifting squat
When it comes to sets and reps. You could look to perform 4 sets for all exercises. Rep ranges can vary, but if you are looking for some strength focus, aim for a weight. that lets you perform 8-12 reps. Be sure to perform the exercises at a steady tempo of say 4-5 seconds per rep.
