Warm up
1. DB low hold squat
2. DB DA open arc
Sets: 4 Reps: 15

1. DB bench press
2. Split squat with DB low hold
3. Cable mid anterior push with lunge
4. KB DA mid hold squat
5. Cable mid closing arc with lateral lunge
Sets: 4 Reps: 10-15
