Kinetic Link Training Exercises

Osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy recently attended the Level 1 Kinetic Link Training Course that was hosted by sports physiotherapist Wade Brennan.  In the videos below you will see Heath and a number of clients demonstrating various exercises using the kinetic link training strategies.  The aim of these kinetic link training exercises is to train movements rather than muscles that incorporates the lower body, trunk and upper body in the same movement.
