The KLT method is a great way to approach training because the focus is on training movements through the kinetic chain rather than an isolated muscle approach. This method can be applied if you are wanting to address strength, endurance and power for the individual. Next time you are in the gym and standing by the cable machine, give one or both of these exercises a go.
