Kettlebells are a great all round functional training tool. The design of the kettlebell enables a full body workout and can be used to improve ones strength, power and endurance. Kettlebell weight can also be altered so to increase or decrease the speed of movement so that the body is forced to either accelerate or decelerate the momentum of the kettlebell.
