Check out the latest hip mobiliser video by Osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy. This latest video uses the Free Form Board to help improve hip mobility in the 4 point kneeling position. The unique design of the Free Form Board allows the hip to be driven in all ranges of movement. This mobility exercise is great for those clients with stiff or restricted hip movement and are looking for a safe way to improve range of movement with some gentle strengthening. The mobiliser can be regressed/progressed by increasing/decreasing the range of movement, direction/angle, speed, reps, weight and pre position of the body.
Osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy has a special interest in integrating exercise into ones everyday life, whether this be to rehabilitate an injured area or to improve ones general overall wellbeing. Principle Four Osteopathy is located in the heart of the Melbourne City CBD 3000 at 29 Somerset Place, Melbourne City CBD 3000 (near the corner of little bourke and elizabeth st). Unlike many other Osteopathic clinics in the Melbourne City CBD area, it adjoins a fully equipped personal training studio (www.jonweller.com.au). This allows the Osteopath to progress clients from in room hands on treatment to a more active approach to recovery and management of their conditions. If you are currently exercising, have an injury or would like to improve your general mobility, strength and endurance, then call 03 9670 9290 to speak to an Osteopath to arrange an appointment. www.principlefourosteopathy.com
