So I mentioned in a previous post that I would post some videos on how you can use the Powerband to increase hip mobility.  The powerband (they come in various widths and lengths) are a great tool to get more out of the hips in terms of flexibility.  In addition to this, when tension is increased the person holds themselves in this position for 1 – 2 minutes, it turns into a great isometric exercise.  Remember though, Squeeze the GLUTES!  The following videos have been found on YouTube to demonstrate the Powerbands with Hip Mobility.
