Goblet Squat with Curl

I was recently introduced to this exercise whilst attending the Strongfirst Workshop at The Strong Room in Oakley.  The aim of this exercise was to help with improving the bottom position of the goblet squat as well as get some gentle loading through the arms :).

The kettlebell is a great tool as it is very versatile and can be used for an array of exercises i.e. kettlebell swing, kettlebell deadlift, kettlebell snatch and clean, kettlebell turkish get up, kettlebell goblet squat, kettlebell press.
