Frontal Plane Push Up Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath challenge himself with a frontal plane moving push up that involves performing push ups across various gym equipment of different heights (dumbbells and kettlebells).  He also challenges himself by varying the hand positions in the push up to change the focus on the chest.
