FreeForm Board Exercises For The Core

The Freeform board is one of those great training tools that can be used as part of almost every exercise and can add an additional challenge through the need to control the freeform board as it moves or can be used to assist with developing ones range of motion.   In the videos below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a number of core exercises using the freeform board with plank and moutnain climber.  Both require stable trunk positions whilst movement occurs.
