Freeform board exercise ideas – bodyweight and loaded strength through movement training

Below are some exercises that I have been recently playing around with during my training sessions and Pilates on bourke.  The freeform board is a great tool that can be used as part of ones training program for the lower body, trunk and upper body.  You can use this mobile tool to work on mobility or strength.  Here are a couple of videos below of some recent freeform board exercises.
