In the videos below you are going to see a range of exercises we have prescribed for a client who is looking to continue training their legs whilst at home without limited equipment.

We have incorporated the following:

1. Star excursion balance reach exercise

2. Common lunge matrix

3. Single leg squat progressions

4. Cossack squat progressions

5. Hinge and squat patterns

You could look to split these exercises into 3 different programs, with one day focusing on loaded hinge/squats, another single leg bodyweight squats and the other Cossack squats.
