Bottom Up Kettlebell Bench Press

If you are looking for an exercise to work on challenging proprioception, balance and control through range of motion in the chest press department, then look no further than the bottom up kettlebell press.  This is a great exercise because it requires the individual to balance the kettlebells throughout the full range of motion of the chest press.  From a training perspective it requires appropriate neuromuscular control around the shoulder girdle and requires both local and global muscles to be working throughout the movement.
