90/90 Hip Switch Exercise

Recently I have been exploring and working on my hip mobility as I am quite limited through both internal > external rotation.  In the video below you will see an example of a movement flow exercise drill that works on gradually mobilising through the hips.  Hopefully as I look to improve this mobility I will also be able to maintain a more upright trunk position with less stability required through the placement of the hands on the ground.  Start gentle within a comfortable range and look to progress this exercise slowly.
