  • Video 1 – open chain unloaded
  • Video 2 – external load open chain
  • Video 3 – closed chain with compression
  • Video 4 – closed chain with distraction

Depending on what the goal is i.e. improve mobility with loading (bodyweight) or improve mobility following an injury, some of these strategies might be appropriate.
