VIPr Lunge With Tri Plane VIPr Reaches

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating an anterior lunge with tri plane VIPr (10kg load) reaches.  This is a great exercise because you not only train the lower body in the sagittal plane (lunge), but you are also asking the body to have to adapt to moving loaded stimulus occurring proximally through the trunk.  So the lower body ultimately gets loaded and must be respond to variations in movement as you step into the sagittal plane.
