Using Bands To Assist Your Strength Work

Bands are a great tool to use when you are wanting to provide additional support and stability and offload the body so that you can gradually build up your strength in a particular exercise.  Below is an example of how the bands can be used for assisting in developing single arm push up strength.

Bands can be used for assisting in all types of exercises and include: push ups, chin ups, hip bridges, planks, side planks.  Any exercise where you are working against gravity and can attach a band to provide reduced load really.
