Upper Body / Shoulder Movement Prep

Movement Prep is often a forgotten part or sometimes rushed through process of the exercise workout session. The goal of the movement prep is to prepare the body for training i.e. warm up the body i.e. raise body temperature, increase blood flow, heart rate and move the joints, muscles, tendons in order to prepare the body for more strenuous work.  In the image below are just a few examples of some movements that one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performs prior to their upper body training session.
