These are common movements we perform and in this situation, we are using them to determine if the spine can tolerate extension, flexion and movement between the two in a non loaded positions.
Spinal tolerance tests
1. Prone extension
2. 4 point flexion (child’s pose)
3. Flexion/Extension (cat cow)
