  1. Dumbbell lateral raises
  2. Dumbbell anterior raises
  3. Dumbbell Arnold press
  4. Dumbbell upright rows
  5. Kettlebell reciprocal overhead press
  6. Shrugs (use DB or KB as an alternative)

Program specifics

  • Load:  Choose moderate loads
  • Sets:  4
  • Reps:  10
  • Effort: Moderate
  • Rest: 60 seconds
