Shoulder Complex Warm Up Series

In the image above you will see 4 different exercises that are great to include in your movement preparation for upper body training (be it push or pull movements).  The exercises shown include banded face pulls (upper back and shoulder external rotator focus), banded external rotators (rotator cuff external rotators), banded straight arm pull down (lats) and band pull aparts (back and shoulder girdle in horizontal extension).  Select a band whereby you can perform 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions to get those shoulder girdle and back muscles ready for training.

Trains – We are a short 5 minute walk from Flinders St Station, Parliament and Melbourne Central train station.
