This week osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy was given the opportunity to present to the Sage Institute of Fitness educators as part of their professional development day.  A big thanks to Steve Foulds who helped facilitate this at Sage Institute of Fitness.

Heath presented on Movement Screening Tests for the fitness professional and the main objective was to revisit when to rule in/out exercise for the client and when to refer out to a GP or allied health professional when there is  a suspected musculoskeletal complaint that requires addressing.  Key regions of the body assessed included the foot/ankle, hip, spine and shoulder girdle.
