HEATH WILLIAMS
Occupational Health Osteopath & Strength and Conditioning Coach
Heath Williams is a highly experienced Occupational Health Osteopath and Strength and Conditioning Coach, with more than 20 years working across clinical practice, education, and workplace health. He graduated from Victoria University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy).
Heath has lectured extensively in osteopathy programs in Australia and the UK, including at the British School of Osteopathy, London School of Osteopathy, Victoria University, and Southern Cross University. His teaching background spans exercise rehabilitation, ergonomics, and clinical education, alongside postgraduate training for health professionals in office and vehicle ergonomics, manual handling, and strength and conditioning.
He has worked extensively in the occupational health and safety sector, previously with Health Response UK and currently as a Director at Corporate Work Health Australia, specialising in ergonomic assessments, job task analysis, and manual handling risk management.
Heath is one of a small number of osteopaths nationally to be awarded the title Advanced Occupational Health Osteopath (Vocational) by Osteopathy Australia. He also holds advanced certifications in strength and conditioning, functional movement assessment, and applied functional science, supporting an integrated, movement-focused approach to both clinical care and workplace health.
SHAUN COGHLAN
Occupational Health Osteopath (Titled)
Shaun Coghlan is a titled Occupational Health Osteopath with a strong focus on rehabilitation, movement, and workplace-related musculoskeletal health. He completed his Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University.
Shaun’s clinical approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with rehabilitation, education, and practical lifestyle strategies to support long-term recovery and self-management. He works extensively in occupational health, consulting with Corporate Work Health Australia, where he delivers workplace ergonomic assessments, education, and risk assessments across Melbourne.
With a strong sporting background, Shaun brings valuable experience to the management of both acute and chronic injuries. He has played basketball for over 15 years, including a tour of the USA, and has coached at junior and senior levels with Blackburn Basketball Club. He has also worked as a sports trainer with Whitehorse Football Club and supported athletes across a range of sports.
Shaun is available for consultations at our Melbourne CBD clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays, and also practises at The Osteopaths of Blackburn.

JARROD TESTA
Exercise Rehabilitation Osteopath (Titled) & Ergonomic Consultant
Jarrod Testa is a titled Exercise Rehabilitation Osteopath with a strong focus on movement quality, strength-based rehabilitation, and long-term musculoskeletal health. He completed his Bachelor of Clinical Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University, supported by a background in Exercise and Sports Science and strength and conditioning.
Jarrod works with people of all ages and activity levels — from office workers and desk-based professionals to weekend warriors and competitive athletes — helping them manage pain, recover from injury, and move with greater confidence. His approach integrates hands-on osteopathy with structured exercise rehabilitation and practical strength strategies.
Alongside private practice, Jarrod is an Ergonomic Consultant with Corporate Work Health Australia, delivering workplace ergonomic assessments, education, and risk assessments across Melbourne. This experience strengthens his ability to address work-related injuries and repetitive strain conditions.
Outside the clinic, Jarrod is an experienced strength trainer and competitive powerlifter, bringing real-world insight into training demands, recovery, and performance.
