HEATH WILLIAMS
Occupational health osteopath (tilted) / Strength and conditioning coach
Heath graduated from Victoria University in 2003 with a bachelor clinical science and master’s in health science (osteopathy).
Since then he has had a varied work career in the health and wellbeing space. Travel and continued education have seen him lecture at the British School Osteopathy, London School Osteopathy, Victoria University and Southern Cross University within the osteopathy departments. Teaching roles have included 9 years teaching exercise rehabilitation, 5 years ergonomics and 13 years clinical education. IN addition to this Heath also teaches post graduate training to health professionals in office and vehicle ergonomics, manual handling training and strength and conditioning.
Heath has worked extensively in the occupational health and safety industry, firstly with Health Response UK in London and now with Corporate Work Health Australia. He is experienced in the fields of office and vehicle ergonomics, tasks analysis, manual handling risk assessment training.
Heath is one of only a handful of osteopaths who have been awarded the title advanced occupational health osteopath (vocational) by osteopathy Australia.
Heath is also certified as a Level 2 strength and conditioning coach (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association), Level 1 tactical strength and conditioning coach (Australian Strength and conditioning association), FMS and SFMA certified (Functional Movement Systems) and Certificate of Applied Functional Science (Gray Institute).
SHAUN COGHLAN
Occupational health osteopath (titled)
Shaun completed his Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Masters in Osteopathy at Victoria University.
Shaun’s practice style incorporates manual therapy-based treatment and has a particular interest in rehabilitation and promoting self-health and wellbeing through education and lifestyle changes.
Shaun also consults for Corporate Work Health Australia who specialise in workplace ergonomic assessments and education, and currently conducts ergonomic training and risk assessments across Melbourne.
Shaun is an avid basketballer. After playing for more than 15 years, including a tour of the USA, he moved into coaching in both junior and senior programs at the Blackburn Basketball Club.
Shaun has also previously worked as a sports trainer at the Whitehorse Football Club and has treated athletes at several other sporting events including netball and dodgeball.
Outside of work, you will find Shaun watching or participating in whatever sport is available, which often includes a round of golf with his mates or watching his beloved Collingwood Football Club.
Shaun is available for consultations at our Melbourne City CBD Clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays. When not working in the CBD, Shaun consults at The Osteopaths of Blackburn.
JARROD TESTA
Exercise rehabilitation osteopath (titled) / Ergonomic consultant
Jarrod graduated from Victoria University with a bachelor clinical science and master’s in health science (osteopathy). Jarrod has a strong interest in treating all musculoskeletal complaints in people of any age, whether that be the competitive athlete, weekend warrior, desk worker or TV enthusiast.
Outside of private practice, he enjoys weight training and competing in powerlifting, with an aspiration to teach rehabilitation to health practitioners in the future.
Jarrod also works for Corporate Work Health Australia Pty Ltd who specialise in workplace ergonomic assessments and education, and currently conducts ergonomic training and risk assessments across Melbourne.
Jarrod has undertaken the following studies that have provided the framework for building his interest in osteopathy and strength and conditioning/exercise rehabilitation:

BEAU ZANIN
Osteopath / Ergonomic consultant
Beau Zanin is currenlty undertaking his internship at Principle Four Osteopathy as part of the VU internship program. Beau will be graduating from VU in June 2022 and will start working at Principle Four Osteopathy in July 2022.
Beau’s key interests include hands on treatment in tandem with strength and conditioning, helping people reach their optimal health and treating the person and not just the condition. Throughout his placement with us here at Principal for Osteopathy he is excited to see all conditions and to utilise his skills learnt over the past 4.5 years.
