Playing Around With Some Mobility Drills

In the videos below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating some mobility drills that he has been recently playing around with.  His aim was to try and incorporate movement through multiple regions of the body, in particular the hips and spine.  Whenever you are train, always try to explore movement and see what your body likes and doesn’t like and try and work on those areas that require additional flexibility and mobility work.
