Kinetic Link Training or KLT as its also commonly known as is a full body integrated approach that looks to train movements rather than muscles. At Principle Four Osteopathy we integrate the KLT way of thinking into many of our own exercises as well as those of our clients because it demands coordination, stability, control and the ability to produce force through the body rather than an isolated region.
