In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients completing 3 Kinetic Link Training (KLT) exercises. The focus of these exercises is on integrating the whole body, but also with a particular focus of looking to move the shoulder girdle through various ranges of motion (full flexion, circumduction and horizontal pulling). The goal is to gradually expose the shoulder to various ranges of motion (pain free) and apply a gradual overload in stress (either reps, sets, time under tension or load).
