Kettlebell Exercise Combination

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a great kettlebell exercise movement combination (Swing, Squat, Lunge, Transfer Squat, Lunge, Swing).  This exercise integrates a number of movement patterns with varying load positions for typically > 60 seconds (perform multiple repetitions). This is great because you are required to hold the load, but the constant variation in load hold means that you get slight breaks throughout the movement.
