With everyone in “home workout mode” at the moment, I thought I would put together a series of blog posts that demonstrate a number of different home workout ideas for everyone.

In the video below you will see the following exercises demonstrated:

1. Split stance single arm cable anterior press
2. Squat with low to mid cable row
3. Split kneeling reciprocal superior push
4. Seated face pull
5. 4 point kneel lift

All you need is a TheraBand / Power band, anchor point and dumbbells.
