Check out the home exercise program we have recently created for our P4O client. Whilst this program is specific to their needs, this program incorporate fundamental patterns and movements that we will all benefit from completing.

Home workout program

Program 1: Bodyweight Session

Reps: 8-15 reps (depending on capacity)

Rest: Minimal rest between exercises, Rest 2-3 minutes between circuits.

Circuits: 2-4 (depending on time availability and capacity)

1. Birddog
2. Hip bridge
3. Mountain climber
4. BW squat
5. Incline push up
6. Split squat
