Frans Bosch Workshop Sydney 2016
Recently I headed up to Sydney with my osteopathic colleague Matt Harris of Everythings Connected to listen to Frans Bosch talk for 3 hours on motor control and training. The workshop was fantastic and certainly has made me think a lot about how we as osteopaths, physios, strength and conditioning coaches currently rehab or train our clients with regards to communication, methodology and exercise prescription. Below are a few pics of his books that I am looking forward to reading over the next couple of months as well as a couple of exercises that he commonly prescribes in early rehab/conditioning for the hamstring. The big focus being on co contraction.
