The push up is probably the number 1 go to upper body exercise at the moment across the world. All thanks to COVID19. Everyone is now having to train from home and unless you are one of the lucky ones, and by lucky ones I mean, someone who has a fully equipped home gym, then the push up is probably going to be your staple upper body push exercise.

In the video below I will be demonstrating a number of different push up varations that you could try out at home to help in varying up your routine, but also challenging your body across multiple positions and movements.
