Bent Over Torsonator Row
The torsonator or landmine is a great tool to use for training many regions of the body. In this video below we see osteopath Heath Williams performing a single arm bent over row. This is a great exercise as it requires the individual to hinge through the hips, maintain a neutral spine, resist rotation through the trunk, all whilst training the back.
Tips To Performing The Bent Over Row
- Hold the bar by the side.
- Hinge backwards through the hips and maintain a neutral spine.
- Row the bar up by the side of the body.
